Salary: Point 11, £25,054 rising incrementally to Point 16, £27,357 per annum

Location: Southend-on-Sea

Contract type: Permanent

Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week (variable shifts including lates, weekends, bank holidays)

Do you believe that homelessness should be eradicated?

Do you have experience of working with rough sleepers?  Does the idea of working as part of a new team actively seeking to improve the lives of those, we support appeal to you?

  • Our Navigator Team provide intensive ‘End to End’ support for people who are rough sleeping with complex needs, advocating and enabling them to access appropriate services, including housing by working in partnership with existing delivery structures, and local networks.

 

  • The role is multi-faceted and rewarding; one day out on outreach and the next continuing to work with clients in their action plan and journey away from the street to providing support to other clients living in the community in a home of their own.
